The Vanity Store

At this time The Vanity Store does not have a showroom. Our location in Winnipeg is an office and warehouse space. If you have questions about a vanity, our Customer Service Team is available to answer all of your questions. If you want to see a sample of the vanity before making your purchase, we have cabinet and countertop swatches available.

The Vanity Store is committed to sustainable practices and eco-friendly manufacturing processes.

Teodor products are built with locally and responsibly sourced materials that meet Forest Stewardship Council certifications. This assures buyers that the wood in your vanity has come from a forest which has been evaluated and certified as being managed according to the correct social, economic and environmental standards. This guarantees that our products are being handled responsibly at every stage of production, from the forest to your home.


All of our vanities are all made in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Our vanity cabinets are pre-assembled. Sinks and countertops are packaged separately to avoid damage during shipping and are meant to be separate until installation in your home. We do not pre-drill holes in the doors and drawers for hardware, to allow the homeowner to choose their own style and placement. If your vanity is floor standing, the feet will be in a box, inside the vanity cabinet, to protect them during transportation and can be easily assembled during installation. Yes. We have swatches available of our cabinets and countertops. If you choose to order a swatch they can be mailed to you same day.

Unfortunately no, we do not provide custom manufacturing. We hope to provide enough variety to suit as many customers as possible, so everyone can find something that is right for them. Once you have chosen a vanity, you can “customize” the order with your choice of countertop and hardware.

All of our countertops include a back splash. This is packaged separately and can be attached to the countertop during installation. The side splash is also a separate piece and is completely optional. If the vanity is placed in a corner, you may choose to purchase a side splash to provide an extension of the back splash, continuing along the side wall.

The overflow cover is a decorative piece that fits over the overflow drain. The overflow drain is a small opening found near the top of the sink, opposite the faucet. If the water level gets too high, the water would flow through this opening and back down towards the drain. The purpose of the overflow drain is to prevent water from spilling over the top of the sink and causing water damage to your floor, walls, or other items in your bathroom.

Our sinks come with a standard chrome overflow cover. The purchase of a different overflow cover is optional and for aesthetic purposes only. If you wish to have the overflow cover match your faucet, we provide a few options which can be added to your shopping cart as a separate item.


After selecting your vanity, when you arrive at the Shopping Cart page you will see “Add order note” just above the Subtotal and Check Out menu. Clicking on “Add order note” will open a dialogue box where you can add special instructions regarding the product or delivery information.

The Vanity Store uses EV SSL 128bit encryption technology on all its webpages. The same technology online banks use for their websites. Whether you are simply browsing our pages or entering confidential information at check out, you can rest assured that your personal data is safe.

After placing your order, you can access the information by logging in to your account. You will find “Account” on the top right of our website next to the Shopping Cart. Here, you can find the product details, ETA, special notes, billing and delivery information that was entered at the time the order was placed. This page is display only and cannot be edited. If you wish to make any changes you must contact our customer service team.

Yes. Before your order has left our warehouse, you can make a change or cancel by contacting our customer service team by phone or email. If making a change to different product options, there may be a difference in price to discuss. If cancelling the order completely, you will receive a full refund and no restocking fees will apply. If your order has already left our warehouse your options will be decided on a case by case basis with customer service.

The Vanity Store is proud to offer discounted rates to all trade professionals including contractors, architects, and interior designers. Members of the trade program will receive a discounted rate on all purchases. Discounted prices will appear in the checkout page after adding items to the cart.

For first time users, an application will have to be filled out. Once confirmed, an invite will be sent via email to access the Trade Program website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the application to be approved. The application form can be found by following the Trade Program link here, and also at the bottom of our website (link).

We do not usually participate in seasonal sales. Instead, we try to offer a fair and consistent price to everyone year-round. On rare occasions you may have noticed certain items on our website listed as a clearance sale, as that item is about to be discontinued, but this is not a common occurrence.


Your order will be shipped in multiple packages, with all items strapped and shrink-wrapped onto one pallet. The vanity cabinet will be in one large box, with legs and/or hardware removed and tucked inside the cabinet for safe transport. The sink(s) are in individual boxes. The countertop will be in its own box or crate depending on its size.

Our vanities ship from our warehouse in Winnipeg, Canada.

Our vanities are transported to each customer via LTL shipping. You will receive a phone call on the day of delivery to ensure you will be home to receive the shipment. All large products are packaged on pallets and will be delivered curbside. The term “curbside” could mean different things depending on the type of home, either left in the driveway, or possibly into a garage if someone is home to open the garage door.

After you place an order, you will receive an email notification that your vanity is in production. When the order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. The tracking number will allow you to track where your order is in the logistics process (in transit, at destination terminal, ready for final delivery to customer, etc).

When will my vanity be delivered?

The delivery time for each vanity may differ based on materials, build time, location, and other variables. Each vanity has an Expected Ship Date on the product page. This will give you a rough estimate of our time frame for your order. When the order is placed, you can also go to your 'account' for the approximate ship date. Or, you can contact our Customer Service team for a more precise ETA to your specific delivery address:

We are unable to expedite vanity orders at this time. We are always working hard to deliver your vanity as soon as possible, while still providing a quality product. The time-frame to receive your vanity will vary based on current demand of the product selected, as well as your location. To understand the lead time associated with a specific product, please refer to that product’s page where you will find an Estimated Ship Date.

In some situations, we may be able to process your order and hold the product in our warehouse until a later date. This would be decided on a case-by-case basis and the best thing to do is contact our Customer Service team:

After the shipment has left our warehouse it is very difficult to hold back the delivery with our transportation providers, so any opportunity to delay delivery would need to be discussed before placing your order.

Yes. Our drivers require someone to accept the delivery in person. This could be the homeowner or contractor.

Our delivery agreement with our transportation providers is for “curbside” delivery only. This means they will leave the package(s) outside your home. You may request the package to be left on your driveway, or inside a garage, but they are not able to carry the packages into your home.

Yes. The same “curbside” delivery agreement is in place for all building types. The delivery drivers will not enter the condominium or apartment building. They are instructed to leave the package(s) outside the main door, in a driveway, or potentially into a garage space if applicable.

Teodor and Anton vanities can be picked up in person at our warehouse in Winnipeg. Be advised that the build time estimate still applies. Please call or email ahead of time to ensure your vanity will be ready for pickup when you arrive.

If any visible exterior damage is found, please note this on the shipper’s Bill of Lading before signing. Once the damage has been noted on the Bill of Lading please report the damage to our Customer Service team within 96 hours. Please email or call us at 1-888-807-2323. Any damages reported after 96 hours may not be considered and a replacement may be at the customer’s expense. We may require digital pictures of the damage for our records.

To mitigate any potential damage, we inspect all vanities before shipping to make sure there are no production defects. We also package all vanities securely in boxes with padding, then strapped and shrink-wrapped onto a wooden pallet.

You will have 90 days from the delivery date, to return any item if you are not completely satisfied. We want all of our customers to be happy with our products and that includes an easy return process if necessary. Please contact our Customer Service team to discuss the reason for the return. After reviewing the process together, you may simply return the product back to us for a full refund.
