I was thrilled to buy a product of this quality that was made in Canada. I thought the price was competitive to other vanities I saw from Pottery barn and other suppliers. The delivery date was spot on. I would not hesitate to use your company again or recommend it to friends.
Side splash unfortunately hangs over the counter top/is not completely flush. Needs to be 1/16 inch shorter.
I absolutely love my vanity! It arrived sooner than I expected and was packaged so well there wasn’t any damage. Quality product!

Service has been great, but the cabinet is junk. The countertop came with a blemish that seems permanent. Seller has advised how to attempt removal but won't come out. Hard to claim warranty because it's been sitting in the garage for many months waiting for the reno to start. Also, the drawers seem normal size from the front, but the actual drawer behind the front plate is literally only about 8" wide and don't go anywhere near the actual rear of the cabinet. You can only place a couple cans of hair product or a few facial products or shaver in each drawer. The specs only showed width of the front plate but not actual drawer space width - very misleading. We gained 2" of cabinet width and height but have to move 1/3 of our products to a different room now! Will never buy online again, sorry guys.

It's a good looking counter top. Would like to know what if any steps should be taken to keep it looking nice.
Unclear in description about backsplash piece. States it is included in the product description therefore I choose it when checking out as I wanted it included. It created an add on of $50. However when I received the product i realized it was the side splash piece and therefore I did not need it. This is confusing as the hardware pieces say they are included however you must pay an add on price based on what you choose. Disappointed in the wasted $50 however impressed with the quality of the vanity overall.
Being able to order a side splash to the vanity was a real plus. It was a simple process and all the order arrived as expected.
